Dianna has spent more than 25 years working in finance, governance and strategic business leadership across Australia and the United Kingdom.
She commenced her career in the Audit and Assurance division at KPMG before progressing to senior finance leadership roles with a number of well-known organisations, including Deutsche Bank, Foster's Group, Country Road and Hudson's Coffee.
Throughout her career, Dianna has developed extensive experience in financial management, business strategy and organisational growth. In addition to her corporate roles, she established and successfully operated her own consulting practice, providing outsourced financial management and bookkeeping services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Dianna has also maintained a strong commitment to governance and social enterprise, serving as a Board Member of STREAT and Chair of its Finance and Audit Committee.
Dianna joined Kieser in October 2018 and plays a key role in supporting the financial performance and long-term strategic direction of the business.
Dianna is a Chartered Accountant, a Senior Associate of FINSIA, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Company Directors Course, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
