Introducing Kieser Training Streaks
Have you noticed we have introduced a new feature in the Kieser training app? We’re excited to officially announce the release of Kieser training streaks. The new streaks feature will allow you to track how many training sessions you complete in a week and keep a tally of the consecutive weeks you complete at least 2 sessions. We want to celebrate when you train consistently because who doesn’t like to be told they're doing great?
If you love a challenge, this feature is the perfect way to help you stay motivated and consistent with your training.
Did you know that our app can connect you with your family and friends so you can motivate each other to complete your 2 sessions per week? And if you’re a tiny bit competitive, you can challenge each other to see who can achieve the highest streak.
Here’s how it works.
1. Start Training Consistently:
Consistency is key. Make sure you complete 2 training sessions each week using at least 4 machines.
2. Stay Consistent:
Make training a habit twice a week, and you will move closer to reaching your goals at the end of every week.
3. Share Your Progress:
You can view and share your training streak with friends and family by tapping the ‘See Streak’ button at the top of the homepage.
