Jacinta has spent more than 20 years leading growth, franchising and international expansion across some of Australia's most successful consumer brands.
She built her executive career with Retail Zoo, where she played a key role in developing franchise recruitment and expansion strategies for Boost Juice and Salsa's Fresh Mex. During this period, more than 160 franchisees were appointed across the domestic network.
As CEO International and a Board Member of Retail Zoo, Jacinta led the global expansion of Boost Juice through the appointment of 18 Master Franchisees across 36 countries and five continents. Her experience spans every aspect of franchising, including recruitment, training, operations, performance improvement, legal frameworks and network development.
Following her executive career, Jacinta established a consulting practice specialising in franchising and growth strategies, working with entrepreneurs and business leaders to build scalable and sustainable businesses.
Jacinta's achievements have been recognised through a number of industry awards, including AFR Boss Young Executive of the Year and Telstra Young Businesswoman of the Year.
Jacinta is an experienced Non-Executive Director and currently serves on the boards of Retail Food Group and Kieser Australia, while also advising a number of emerging and established Australian businesses.
