Jacinta has over 20 years experience in the retail industry, and has worked with some of Australia's leading brands.
Jacinta was instrumental in executing the franchise strategy and recruitment methodology for Boost Juice and Salsas at Retail Zoo, appointing over 160 franchisees within the domestic network over a 5 year period. Later, as CEO International and Board Member, she expanded the Boost business globally with the appointment of 18 Master Franchisees across 36 countries on 5 continents.
As a key executive of one of Australia’s fastest growing franchise brands, Jacinta has deep hands-on industry experience across all elements of franchising, including advertising and recruitment, induction, training and development, operational excellence and performance benchmarking and sales and profit driving strategies to improve both the businesses of both the franchisor and franchisee.
Jacinta has a sound understanding of the Australian franchise legal framework and coupled with an intimate knowledge of the key success factors which underpin the strongest franchisor/franchisee relationships. Jacinta has successfully negotiated a series of commercial outcomes to benefit franchise networks either via the sale of corporate stores, the acquisition and conversion of competitive stores, or via franchise dispute resolution techniques.
In addition to her franchising experience within Australia, Jacinta has specific industry experience in both corporate and franchise operations across a wide variety of international marketplaces – including throughout Asia, North America, South America, UK/Europe and the Middle East. This experience has involved significant market research (including familiarisation with local franchise legislation); identification and due diligence on suitable Master Franchisees, Area Developers and sub-franchisees; designing deal structures and leading subsequent negotiations through to execution and; driving the launch and on-going expansion of the Boost Juice brand internationally-across all facets of the business, including leasing, site design and construction, procurement, marketing, IT and operator training and development.
As an independent consultant specialising in franchising and growth strategies, Jacinta enjoys working with entrepreneurs and business leaders who are passionate about establishing solid foundations, upon which scalable expansion programs can be built.

Jacinta is an experienced Non-Executive Director having served on the board of ASX listed Retail Food Group since September 2023 and Kieser Australia since July 2024. Jacinta was also a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Silk Laser Clinics Australia until their successful sale to Wesfarmers in November 2023 and a Non-Executive Director of Ventura Bus Lines for eight years before their sale to Keppel Infrastructure Trust in June 2024. Jacinta also serves on the Advisory Boards for Hattch and Royal Stacks, and was formerly a member of the Advisory Boards established by Schnitz, Empty Esky and Fuse Recruitment.
