Kieser Geelong & Torquay to Reopen for Training

We have some positive news! With the Victorian Government announcing Regional Victoria’s move to Step 3 of the roadmap, we are now able to allow greater access for exercise programs at our Geelong and Torquay clinics.

As your membership is currently on deferral, we have 2 important messages:

  • If you wish to recommence training before your deferral ends, you can do so from today. To recommence training, please contact Kieser.
  • Your payments will recommence when your deferral ends. Currently, your membership is on deferral so we won’t take any payments until your deferral period has ended.

If you would like to extend your deferral, please just let us know by calling our friendly support team on 03 5221 7555, or follow this link to continue your deferral - https://www.kieser.com.au/defer/

If any of your questions aren’t answered in our FAQ’s below, please don’t hesitate to contact your clinic leader directly at 03 5221 7555.

FAQ’s

How many people will be in the clinic?
We have restricted the number of people in our clinic at any one time to minimise your contact and maximise your comfort levels when training.

What hygiene measures will be taken?
As has been the case since March, we will have extra levels of hygiene to ensure your safety. Please remember to sanitise your hands on entry and ensure you wipe down every piece of equipment after use. When you arrive for your session, please wait outside so we can keep control of the number of people in the clinic at all times and maintain our low density exercise environment.
