The Kieser Konnect App is an integral part of your Kieser experience. It’s designed to take the hassle out of everything relating to your visits and membership, so you can focus on what matters most: building strength and staying consistent.
Whether you’re tracking your training, changing an appointment, updating your details, or referring a friend, the app makes it easy to manage everything in one place. It keeps your sessions and bookings organised, so you won’t miss an appointment or important update.
Here’s what you can do with Kieser Konnect:
View & Reschedule Your Appointments
You can now reschedule appointments with the same team member in the Kieser Konnect App, anytime from 30 days before your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
How to reschedule:
Open the Kieser Konnect App
Tap "Appointments" in the bottom menu
Select your appointment and choose a new time.
Update Your Contact Details
Moved house recently? Did you know that you can update your contact information at any time from within the Kieser Konnect app? No need to waste time making a call or changing them in the clinic when you can easily & quickly update your details from inside the app.
Stay on Track with the Kieser Training Streak!
The training streak feature aims to keep you motivated, consistent and even a little competitive. By completing two sessions a week on at least four machines, you’ll build and maintain your weekly streak. From the app’s homepage, you can track your progress, check if you’ve hit your goals for the current and previous weeks and view your total session count. You can even compare your streak with friends and family to see who’s staying the most consistent. It’s a simple and fun way to stay accountable and celebrate your progress.
Refer a Friend
Did you know you can refer your friends & family to Kieser through our app? Simply open the app and head to the Profile tab, tap on ‘Refer a Friend’, then hit ‘Share Now’ to send them a special promotional offer via SMS. It’s a quick and easy way to share the benefits of Kieser.
