Holli has nine years experience as a personal trainer and worked in customer service for 14 years

What is your favourite machine at Kieser?
"My favourite machine is the C5, it helps me maintain good posture. I also love the A3 for strong glutes and a strong back!"
What is your favourite travel destination?
"I love Italy for the scenery, the food and the culture! Also anywhere near water!"
What is a fun fact about you?
"I was a gymnast until I was 19 years old and I can still do the splits and hold a handstand for 1min"
What do you like to do when not at work?
"I like to spend my free time eating, hanging with friends or watching movies with my husband!"
