What do you enjoy about working as an Exercise Scientist at Kieser?
"I love working with people to achieve performance orientated goals. I helped one of my clients to run her first ever half marathon and it was such a rewarding experience. Training is so much more rewarding when you are working towards a goal that you can tick off, whether it be a 5km run, hike overseas or being able to do your first push up."
What is your favourite machine at Kieser?
"C3 – It feel like a good stretch and I know it helps with my posture"
What is a fun fact about you?
"I’ve competed in 2 powerlifting competitions! And also my dad trains at Kieser Heidelberg – can you spot him?"
What do you like to do when not at work?
"When I'm not at Kieser I enjoy playing basketball and spending time with friends and family."
