What do you enjoy about working as a Physiotherapist at Kieser?
"Getting to know clients, the reason why they come to us in the first place and helping them achieve their goals and getting back to the activities they love. I also love building relationships with our members, knowing their names and having that community feel in the clinic."
What is your favourite machine at Kieser?
"A3. The glutes are king. As a keen runner, and with a history of some low back pain, I absolutely love the benefit of strengthening the glutes and improving pelvic control for my active clients, but also for those with a history of back pain."
What is a fun fact about you?
"I was the highest fundraiser in Victoria for World's Greatest Shave in 2016, raising over $17,000 in support of the Leukaemia Foundation. I am also a qualified PADI Rescue Diver, and completed the Melbourne Ironman triathlon in 2013."
What do you like to do when not at work?
"I love spending time with family, and if I can combine that with some exercise or something outdoors (ideally watching the Cats notch up another win at GMHBA Stadium), then I'm happy. "
