Kieser update in response to new Victorian legislation

Dear Kieser Clients,

In the last week Victoria has unfortunately seen an increase in Coronavirus cases in a small number of suburbs. Late yesterday afternoon Premier Dan Andrews announced the government would be acting on these cases by returning ten Victorian postcodes to Stage 3 restrictions until the 29th of July.

For those living in the affected suburbs independent training may not be an immediate option, our first priority is always to support the health of our clients. We have taken the proactive step to pause the subscription for all members living in an affected surburb, effective today, until July 29th.

As was the case in the last 3 months, our team are ready for clients to continue their exercise via TeleHealth to ensure they can maintain their physical activity. As the Government updates their action plan, we will be in contact with all clients to present alternative options to continue their programs.

At Kieser we have responded swiftly to all Government updates, acting with the health and safety of our team, our clients and our community front of mind; this situation will be no different. We will be in contact with all clients shortly and look forward to seeing you back in our clinic as soon as possible.

If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact your local Kieser centre or call our helpful Kieser Support Centre on 03 9696 3599.

Stay strong, come out stronger,

Brett Long
CEO, Kieser Australia
