Wrap up for Kieser Winter Ball 2025
The Kieser Winter Ball is always a highlight of the year. It’s a night of celebration, recognition and connection, bringing together our incredible team from clinics across Australia. Alongside recognising everyone’s hard work and achievements, the evening is filled with plenty of fun, laughter and good memories.
This year’s ball was our biggest yet, with more than 850 of our team coming together. Between catching up with colleagues, hitting the dance floor and enjoying the festivities, it was also an opportunity to recognise our people through special peer-voted awards. Women in Leadership Award
The 2025 Winter Ball 'Women in Leadership' Award was awarded to Kieser Camberwell's Clinic Leader, Chrissy Lagos.
This award recognises a leader who sets the tone for their team through compassion, high standards, and genuine care. It honours those who live the Kieser values each day, supporting others, growing people, and consistently showing up with integrity.

National Clinic Support Impact Award
The 2025 Winter Ball National Clinic Support Impact Award has been awarded to People, Talent & Finance Lead Brooke Hurrey.
A true team player who brings calm, care and capability, Brooke is someone the whole team can count on. Brooke is approachable, dependable and always willing to jump in where needed.
Whether supporting others behind the scenes or stepping up in big moments, Brooke brings integrity, kindness and tireless support to every action and interaction.

Gary Harley Study Tour Award
The 2025 Gary Harley Study Tour Award has been awarded to Declan Callahan, Clinic Leader at Kieser Kingston.
This award celebrates someone who leads with heart, humility and an unwavering commitment to their team. Declan has fostered a culture of trust, collaboration, and growth, showing us all what true leadership looks like.
Nominated by his peers, Declan empowers others, leads by example, and is always willing to roll up his sleeves, no matter the task.

Clinic of the Year Award
Kieser Malvern was named the 2025 Kieser Clinic of the Year.
Introduced in 2023, this award celebrates a clinic that has shown exceptional commitment and outstanding results in team culture, member growth and quality of care.
A huge congratulations to the Malvern team for winning this award. It’s recognition of the tireless work you put in. We thank you for your dedication and commitment to the Kieser Malvern Community.
