The Kieser Winter Ball and Awards night is one of the most eagerly awaited events for our team members. It’s more than just a night of fun and festivities—it’s a celebration of the incredible people who make Kieser what it is. This year’s event was truly memorable, with over 700 team members coming together from clinics across Australia—our biggest ball yet—to recognise the achievements and dedication that define our community.
In addition to catching up and hitting the dance floor, it’s also an opportunity to recognise team members who have gone above and beyond throughout the year with the following awards. voted on by their peers.
Clinic of the Year - Mont Albert
We're delighted to announce that the coveted 'Clinic of the Year' award was won by Kieser Mont Albert. This award honours the team that has made the most significant impact on their clients and community based on criteria such as team culture, member engagement and attracting new clients. Gary Harley Study Tour Award - Alex Bussell, Kieser Mont Albert
Mont Albert Clinic Leader Alex Bussell received the prestigious Gary Harley Study Tour Award, which recognises him as the most outstanding team member across the company. Excellence in Women's Leadership Award - Caity Hickey, Kieser Torquay
Caity Hickey was nominated by her peers for her outstanding leadership, characterised by positivity, forward-thinking, effective communication, and the ability to inspire others. She not only embraces new challenges and steps out of her comfort zone but is also committed to nurturing the growth of her team.
Werner Kieser Clinical Excellence & Innovation Award - Pete Harden, Kieser Northcote
Pete Harden’s passion for Kieser and strength training shines through in everything he does. His commitment to providing top-tier education and care to his clients is unparalleled, and those training with him benefit greatly from his years of experience. Pete is constantly developing his skills, expanding his knowledge, and driving innovative approaches to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.
Client Experience & Customer Service Award - Dual recipients, James Bird, Kieser Camberwell and Olivia Wallace, Client Support
The peer-nominated nominees for this award were so outstanding that separating them proved impossible. In the end, we couldn’t choose just one winner—so both Josh Bird and Olivia Wallace are receiving the award!
Josh Bird was nominated for his incredible dedication and commitment, treating every client interaction as if it’s the most important moment. He’s always ready to support his colleagues, ensuring that both clients and team members perform at their best. Thanks to Josh’s unwavering dedication and reliability, every client leaves their session thinking, "That was the BEST session I've ever had."
Our second recipient, Olivia Wallace, was no surprise to anyone. She approaches every interaction with clients and team members with the goal of creating a positive experience. Olivia is a dedicated team member who consistently communicates clearly with both the clinic and National Clinic Support teams. Her commitment to Kieser truly embodies customer service excellence.
Mark Brown Rising Star Award - Dual recipients, Christina Johns, National Clinic Support and Firdaus Zulkifly, Kieser Mont Albert
The Mark Brown Rising Star Award celebrates an outstanding team member who has been with Kieser for less than 12 months. In 2024, the nominees for this award were difficult to split—so two team members took home this accolade.
The first recipient, Christina Johns, has been instrumental in growing our team, consistently sharing her knowledge and advocating for talented colleagues. Christina has navigated her first year at Kieser with remarkable poise, organisation, and productivity. She’s demonstrated reliability and supported her team’s growth with kindness, teamwork, and humility.
Our second rising star, Firdaus Zulkifly, is known for his infectious spirit and dedication to high-quality client outcomes. Firdaus’s commitment to building rapport and delivering exceptional sessions has earned him high praise from both clients and colleagues. He’s also taken on training duties for new team members, showing his passion for helping others. Firdaus’s energy and dedication are phenomenal, as evidenced by the high demand for his sessions at Mont Albert.
