Throughout his career, Mark has served as a director, chief executive officer and senior executive, developing extensive experience in strategy, organisational transformation, culture and risk management.
For 13 years, Mark served as Chief Executive Officer of GMHBA Limited, one of Australia's leading health insurers and regional healthcare providers. During his tenure, he led significant growth and transformation initiatives focused on strengthening the organisation's purpose, scale, culture and long-term performance.
In recent years, Mark has developed a portfolio of board, advisory and mentoring roles across health, insurance and community sectors, supporting organisations through growth, governance and strategic change.
Mark brings deep expertise in strategy development, financial management, leadership, culture and risk management.
He is a Chartered Accountant, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Director of Kieser Australia.
