Move Around Australia: Week 3 Update

Reading Time

There’s only one week left of Move Around Australia!

With one week left, every effort counts. Each session, walk, ride and run has brought us this far, and every kilometre logged is making a difference for mental health.

We’re not done yet. Let’s keep showing what this community can do and push through to the finish together.

Log your activity and help keep your clinic moving forward.

The challenge

Together, we aim to complete 20 laps (290,000 km) around Australia.

Every kilometre you log helps support R U OK? and Lets Talk. Kieser will also contribute $1 per kilometre, up to $100,000*.

You can join at any time during May. Simply start logging your steps and be part of the challenge.

How it works

Joining is simple:

  • Make a $50+ donation to join.
  • Log your kilometres in the Kieser app throughout May.
  • Your regular training session counts as 5 km.
  • You can also log walking, running, cycling, rolling and riding.

Why join now?

No matter when you join in May, your kilometres still count.

Whether you join with daily walks, regular Kieser training sessions or weekend rides, every contribution helps move us closer to the goal.

More than a challenge

Move Around Australia is part of Kieser Giving, our initiative that turns values into action and supports charities that help build a stronger Australia.

Ready to get involved?
