New in the Kieser Konnect App: Updating Personal Details
We’re excited to share a new feature in the Kieser Konnect app. You can now update your personal details directly in the app. This is a quick and easy way to keep your information accurate and ensure you don’t miss any important updates.
Keeping your details up to date ensures you receive key communications—like appointment reminders, clinic updates and Kieser announcements. It also allows for faster verification when you contact our Client Support Centre.
Whether you have changed your phone number, updated your email or moved homes, updating your details has never been easier:
Simply click on ‘Profile’ in the menu to review and update your information.
