I’m a born and bred Novocastrian. I’m a soccer nut and am heavily involved with my club South Cardiff as a coach, player and Physio. When I’m not at work or soccer, I’m often at the gym or getting around to some of the unreal cafes around town. I have a special interest in geriatric physiotherapy.
