Todd has spent more than 20 years working in physiotherapy, clinical leadership and healthcare operations.
Beginning his career as a physiotherapist in private practice and elite sport, Todd developed a strong interest in clinical excellence, research and the translation of evidence into practice.
Since joining Kieser, Todd has held a range of leadership roles focused on clinical operations, quality and organisational performance. His expertise in healthcare delivery, governance and education has been instrumental in supporting the continued growth of the business.
As Chief Operating Officer and Director of Risk, Todd oversees the operations and service quality of Kieser's national network of clinics. He also leads the organisation's learning and development strategy and is responsible for risk management, clinical governance and compliance.
Todd remains passionate about advancing allied health through research, education and high-quality patient care.
