Tony's background is quite diverse, including his early years teaching physical education, scuba diving instruction, aviation search and rescue, aerial firefighting operations and international medical repatriation services. After joining the financial services industry in 1989, Tony formed his own business in 1994, providing business coaching, technology and research services to financial advisers. The business, PlanTech Consulting Group, grew from humble beginnings over the next 12 years to eventually provide technology solutions to over 15,000 financial advisers and numerous institutions in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. PlanTech was acquired by IRESS Market Capital Limited, a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, in September 2006.
In early 2010, Gary Harley invited Tony to become the Managing Director of Kieser in Australia. Since then, he has been responsible for devising and overseeing the execution of the Kieser strategy in Australia.
