Tony has spent most of the past 30 years building and coaching developing businesses.
In 1994 he launched his initial business providing business coaching, technology and research services in the financial services sector. Over the next 12 years the business grew to providing research and technology solutions to over 15,000 financial advisers and dozens of large financial institutions in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
In 2006 Tony sold the technology business to a major ASX listed company and after 18 months of working on the transition and new business projects/acquisitions chose to take a sabbatical.
Approached by Gary Harley, founder of Kieser Australia, Tony became a shareholder and CEO of Kieser Australia in early 2010. His background in strategy development, technology and business coaching have proven to be invaluable in designing and building the foundation for Kieser's subsequent growth and success.
Executive Chairman from 2015 to 2025, Tony stepped down as CEO in 2018 handing the reins to current CEO Brett Long.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from RMIT as well as an MBA from Monash University.
