The Kieser training method:
Single-set training twice a week
What makes our training unique is that our strength programs are designed to effectively strengthen muscles with just two 30-minute sessions per week. The goal is to reach momentary muscle fatigue (MMF) by the end of the set, which usually lasts 90-120 seconds. But what is MMF?
MMF occurs when your working muscle is so tired that it can’t continue with an exercise and achieving it means your muscle is working to its maximum capacity. This intensity helps stimulate muscle growth and strength gains more effectively than less intense training. Our machines are designed to help you achieve MMF, as each movement is guided and supported, making it safer to reach muscle failure than when using free weights.

Fully qualified health professionals
Our team are university-qualified professionals with degrees in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Exercise/Health Science. They have the expertise to support you.
You'll start with seven one-on-one sessions led by an Exercise Scientist or Exercise Physiologist. During your sessions, they will create a training program tailored to your goals, teach you the exercises and show you how to use the machines. By the end, you'll have the confidence to start training on your own.
We offer membership options that include assisted training if you want extra support during your training sessions. No matter which membership you choose, you'll receive ongoing support. We schedule regular review sessions to adjust your program, check your technique, and more. Plus, our team is always nearby if you have any questions.
