We know how important strength training is to all of you - and we know how much you appreciate the guidance and support you get from our Kieser Team. To replicate this, we’ve updated our Kieser Konnect App to give you exercises that replicate your normal Kieser program. Even without Kieser equipment, training at home can help you maintain your strength, your cardiovascular fitness and your immune system.
Two strength training sessions per week is what we recommend – no matter your age, your fitness level or need to isolate at home. Our Kieser Konnect App is a great way to complement a 1:1 Assisted Training at Home session - we highly recommend combining the two. If you have any concerns about exercising at home, we are offering all clients a complimentary 1:1 session with an Exercise Scientist where we can answer any questions you may have and further customise your program if necessary.
