A fun fact about me: I love jigsaw puzzles and have even competed in puzzles at a national level. That’s why physiotherapy resonates with me - I see it as helping you 'put the pieces together' to become the strongest, best version of yourself! Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach, staying active through karate (I am a black belt!) and strength training, and I’m always planning my next adventure!
