  • back pain
  • neck pain (including nerve pain in the arm)
  • arthritis and joint pain
  • shoulder pain
  • hip pain
  • knee pain
  • pre-surgery rehabilitation
  • post-surgery rehabilitation
  • soft tissue injuries
  • sports injuries
  • workplace and repetitive strain injuries
  • general mobility and balance issues.

Types of physiotherapy treatment we offer

Our team are university-qualified physiotherapists who assess and treat a wide range of conditions. They use techniques such as:

  • education about your condition and how to manage it
  • hands-on treatment (massage, dry needling, joint mobilisation)
  • tailored exercise programs to build strength, flexibility and endurance
  • medical strength training using our Swiss-engineered equipment
  • support with crutches, braces, splints and other aids as needed

Why choose Kieser for physiotherapy?

At Kieser, we combine traditional physiotherapy treatment with strength training. According to Australian health guidelines (DHDA 2021), all adults should complete at least 2 strength training sessions a week. Strength training helps reduce pain, improve movement and keep us active. Research has also shown that it helps us to stay mobile and independent as we age (Westcott 2012).

Our physiotherapists work closely with our exercise scientists and exercise physiologists. We take a team-based approach to support you and your health. We’ll help you get back to, and keep doing, what you love—sport, hobbies or daily activities.

Our mission: to build a stronger Australia.
We will help more people experience the lifelong benefits of strength training.

Your physiotherapy journey at Kieser

On your first visit to our physiotherapy clinic, you’ll have a 45-minute initial assessment with a physiotherapist. During this time, your physio will:

  • thoroughly assess your condition
  • complete a physical assessment and strength testing (if needed)
  • identify contributing factors that may be causing or affecting your condition
  • provide a diagnosis
  • work with you to set goals for what you want to achieve
  • create a treatment plan aligned with your goals.
