So how do I lose weight by strength training?

Strength training is especially helpful in achieving this negative calorie balance, because it not only burns energy during and after training, but also involves one of our most important fat burning tools – the muscles. Tip: After an evening training session, cut down on your carbohydrates – these should be eaten ideally for breakfast or lunch. Fish or meat with vegetables, salad and cheese provide valuable proteins for building muscles.
