Exercise Physiologists

Exercise Physiologists typically see people for the management of complex chronic conditions and provide exercise based treatment for cardiovascular, metabolic, pulmonary, neurological, psychological and musculoskeletal conditions.

Exercise Scientists

Our Exercise Scientists are all university qualified with degrees in Exercise/Sports Science. They are well equipped to design strength training programs to suit clients needs, irrespective of goals, condition or age. Our Exercise Scientists work with clients one on one during our Assisted Training sessions to deliver High Intensity Training (HIT) sessions and program variation. Our Assisted Training sessions can help clients improve training technique and achieve their goals faster.
