What is the Kieser Konnect app?

The Kieser Konnect app is the official app created by Kieser Australia to track your training. The app automatically syncs with your current Kieser training program to track your progress and help you achieve your goals.

What are the features of the Kieser Konnect app?

The Kieser Konnect app was designed to be used easily by all clients to replace your paper training card with a completely digital training card. Features include:

  • Record your training sessions digitally
  • Use the timer on our app
  • Record your training weight
  • Set your weight for next session

Is my phone supported?

The Kieser Konnect app is available in the Apple app store for iPhone and iPad and in the Google Play Store for all Android devices.

Is the Kieser Konnect app secure?

Do I have to buy the Kieser Konnect app?

No. Our app is completely free to download and install.

How do I download the Kieser Konnect app?

Simply search for "Kieser Konnect" in your app store or the click the links for the Apple App Store or in the Google Play Store

If it is your first time using the app, you will need to register your account by entering the email you use at Kieser and following the registration steps. 

How do I register in the app? 

To register in the app, please follow the steps below:

  • If it is your first time using the app, hit "register" on the homepage
  • Enter the email you use at Kieser, accept the terms and conditions and hit "register"
  • Check your email and either click the link from a mobile device or enter the activation code in your app
  • Create a password and sign into the app

How do I change my machine settings in the app?  

Please speak to a Kieser team member to change any settings in the app. A team member can also give you the ability to train on the left side/right side on the B1, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, H7 and J1 machines. 

Can I train on more than 10 machines in the app? 

Yes, the app can allow you to train on more than 10 machines if required. If you are missing any machines from your program please speak to a Kieser team member or book in for a review session. 

Where do I place my phone while training?

For the time being, you can place your phone wherever you normally place your training card. We will roll out cradles to place your phone in on the machines in late 2019. If you need more time to get set up in the machine, you can hit +10 before starting the timer to give yourself a longer countdown. You can also edit your time after stopping the timer to add/remove time if required.
