Meet Camberwell Principal Exercise Scientist, James Bird
He's been working at Kieser for over five years and is a core member of our Exercise Science team. He is avid runner and lover of all things sport. As all Kieser Camberwell clients know too well, you can't walk into the clinic without having a chat to him.

- Majored in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition
- Health Science Diploma
What do you enjoy about working as an Exercise Scientist at Kieser?
"Building a client up to their exercise or sporting goal, working hard and breaking down every aspect to get them the desired result."
What is your favourite machine at Kieser?
"The A3 - I love how highly is targets the glutes, which are such a great importance to us. It can also be used very easily with a lot of fun and effective intensification methods."
What is your favourite travel destination?
"South America - So many countries with crazy things to do and a spice of danger that makes it interesting."
What is a fun fact about you?
"I didn't walk until I was over two years old!"
What do you like to do when not at work?
"If I'm not at Kieser you can usually find me running or watching sports."
