What do you enjoy about working as an Exercise Physiologist at Kieser?
"I really enjoy helping people at the end of the day. I like how physical activity has so many benefits for so many body systems that I really enjoy working with people to help use exercise to improve their health and lifestyle, but more importantly, to help manage any chronic disease or condition they may be dealing with."
What is your favourite machine at Kieser?
"A1 is my favourite. I like how it targets the whole posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings and lower back) and I find it is a really effective and underrated machine when done well for building strength."
What is a fun fact about you?
"My dad was a Victorian cycling champion, and two of my uncles won medals in the Commonwealth Games for Cycling. Unfortunately, I inherited none of these genes and spend more time on the asphalt than the bike when I ride. Another fun fact is my wife and I share very similar names, Paul and Paulina!"
What do you like to do when not at work?
"I have a really short attention span so I need to be consistently engaged in something. Typically, I like to exercise every day, and I really enjoy spending time with family and friends. If I have a spare few minutes, it is hard to get me away from Chess.com where I am trying to get better at chess. Other than that, I really enjoy watching basketball and football and have unsuccessfully tried to convert my wife into also enjoying these."
