What do you enjoy about working as an Exercise Physiologist at Kieser?
"I get my job satisfaction from achieving goals and seeing outcomes in my clients. Our membership option, along with our unique machines, allows me to follow clients through their journey to improving or managing their chronic health conditions which means I get to celebrate their achievements with them as well as develop great relationships and friendships along the way."
What is your favourite machine at Kieser?
"Oooo this is a tough one. I love the B6 because it is hard work but feels satisfying to be able to continue to see progression with weights. I also really love the A5 because the pelvic floor is a hard muscle group to isolate and everyone forgets to do Kegel exercises at home so the fun training programs are a good way to game-ify the whole thing!"
What is a fun fact about you?
"I'm a mad Essendon supporter, I still have baby teeth & my first job was in a shearing shed!"
What do you like to do when not at work?
"I love making (and eating) cheese & drinking and learning about red wine - both of which I can't do at the moment as I'm expecting my first baby in October! I also spend a lot of time watching sport and exercising with friends - gotta practice what I preach! On holidays you'll find me reading on a beach, or poolside."
